How do you handle a picky eater?
Kids these days are a huge fan of junk and fast food that anything else seems tasteless to them. They’ve turned to be choosy about the food they want to eat, and it gets difficult for parents to feed them with the healthier items.
It’s not just challenging to cook food for them but also difficult to get them to have some nutrients. I am sure, we all have a kid in our house who does not eat vegetables or hates dairy products or either the nuts or fruits. So here are tips to deal with your picky eater.
Stay away from Variety cooking:
Let’s be honest: Despite how everyone likes different food in your house, it is definitely not a five-star café serving different courses. Doing so, there will be no motivation to prepare more than one meal for your family.
Serve food which could be eaten by everyone in the family. It’s okay to cook meals that you feel your children like, however, they should not have the last say on every item that is the part of the family supper.
